Space as
Authorship.
We design interiors the way editors shape narratives — with intention, restraint, and an obsession with the detail that changes everything.

The Mercer Penthouse
"A raw loft transformed into a refined urban sanctuary — where exposed concrete and custom bronze joinery coexist with hand-woven textiles."
The brief was deceptively simple: make it feel like it belongs here, but nowhere else. The Mercer Penthouse occupies the top two floors of a converted cast-iron building in SoHo. Our challenge was to honour the industrial heritage of the space while creating an interior of genuine warmth and livability.
The solution was a material conversation between the building's past and the client's present. Original concrete columns were left exposed and celebrated. New elements — custom bronze joinery, hand-plastered walls, bespoke lighting — were introduced with the same weight and permanence as the architecture itself.
Project Highlights
Custom bronze joinery fabricated by Milanese artisans
Hand-woven textiles sourced from Oaxacan cooperatives
Bespoke lighting designed in collaboration with Roll & Hill
Reclaimed Burgundy oak flooring, 18th century provenance
Integrated smart home system concealed within traditional millwork

Work with usWhat our clients
actually say.
"Isabelle didn't just redesign our apartment — she redesigned how we live in it. Every room now has a logic, a mood, a reason to linger. We've had guests who refuse to leave."

"The Gramercy Club project was unlike anything I'd commissioned before. The team understood that a members club must feel like a secret — discovered, not advertised. They nailed it."

Dominic Ashford
Founder, The Gramercy Club
"Working with Yuki on the material selection for Villa Serenata was a masterclass. She flew to three countries to source the right stone. That level of commitment is rare."
